Sinead, our in house therapist, is now taking bookings for treatments. She is available all day Saturday throughout September, and in October will be here from Wednesdays through to Saturdays. Make a day of it with our packages, or combine a treatment with an Uisce Hour or maybe even a yoga class.

A day filled with treatments and activities guaranteed to leave you feeling totally relaxed and recharged. Enjoy a yoga and relaxation class, soak away tension with an Uisce hour, and indulge in a back, neck and shoulder massage and skinglow facial. Light lunch served. Cleanse from the inside out with dry skin brushing to increase circulation, an Uisce hour featuring salt scrub, a back, neck and shoulder massage with detoxifying aromatherapy oil, and our special detox tea. Will leave you feeling brand new.
