Happy new year from all at Ard Nahoo!

We reopened this week after a lovely Christmas break which saw Ard Nahoo under a layer of snow. Now we are open again, we're excited about the prospect of a new year with lots more exciting developments.

Our Yoga and Relaxation Retreat is happening on the weekend of the 22nd - 24th February.
We still have spaces left for what promises to be a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvinating break. Included in the weekend is 2 nights full board accommodation in our new Eco Cabins, all yoga classes, and daily sessions in our Uisce Hour (with outdoor detox box sauna and hot tub). The retreat, run by Noeleen, focuses on asana practice, pranayama (breath work), relaxation techniques and visua lisa tion. There will be plenty of time to explore the local area and to unwind. The weekend is for all levels, and beginners are more than welcome. For any more information, please contact us and we will be happy to tell you more.
